"ABSOLUTELY the best remodeling experience I have ever had and this is my 8th home (all previous ones I lived under long dragged out construction where contractors started then left me mid stream to go to other jobs). Roach & Ziegler coordinated the entire process, met my time frames as needed and could not have been a better "quarterback" for the project. I met with the designers in their office initially and discussed what I wanted to accomplish with a new home I had just purchased. I explained I wanted everything done before I moved in. I then met them at my new home, walked them thru the issues, they returned with their quote and I hired them. From day 1, they were there when they said they would be, kept me informed of progress dates, and kept me confident with the constant communication between us. I continuously added jobs to the list and they didn't blink an eye, just graciously accommodated me with whatever I needed. Not only is my new home ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, the workers were so very friendly, accommodating, considerate of not only me, but also my new neighbors, and cleaned up after they finished the jobs. Very professional. Once the new floors were in, they would even take off their shoes when they came in to work AND they finished ON-TIME!!! They also were great at referring me to outside contractors when needed. Thank You from the bottom of my heart!"
